Antique Majolica Platter

Majolica at it's best! Outstanding Basketweave Platter. X-Large. Measures 13 1/2 X 11 1/4. The overall color is in a lovely shade of Aqua blue. It is decorated with two black bows on each side and has four clusters of strawberries and leaves on a brown stem. The rim trim is gold. The platter is completely covered in brown and green on the back side. Cir: Late 1800's to early 1900's.Condition, one small unglazed area on back side, one rough spot on rim, and minor crazing
