This is a beautiful copy os a typical victorian style hat of the late 1800's. It is made of black silk lace flounced crown. The attachments are metalic silver to add a little sparkle to the black. the hat measure 24" wide and is 16" long the hat its self is made of satin and the size is 7 1/2 - 8.
